§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to allow a motor vehicle to remain on his or her property, as an owner or tenant, in a condition which is prohibited by §§ 92.01 et seq. The person shall be subject to the procedures and penalties provided herein. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50 for the first violation in any 12 month period; a civil penalty of $100 for the second violation during any 12-month period; and a civil penalty of $250 for the third and subsequent violations during any 12-month period.
   (B)   Separate violations. Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate violation and the town or the Court may assess a monetary civil penalty for each day a violation exists.
