§ 92.10 REMOVED ABANDONED VEHICLES.
   As long as a vehicle is considered abandoned because it is located on a public right-of-way and is not properly registered, does not have the proper license plate or has the engine, transmission or differential removed or is otherwise inoperable and on a public right-of-way, the vehicle shall continue to be considered abandoned unless it is removed from all public rights-of-way and public property. The removed abandoned vehicle may be considered to remain an abandoned vehicle if it meets the definition found in § 92.01.
