§ 92.04 POWERS OF THE TOWN.
   The Town Council is hereby authorized to enter into towing contracts, employ personnel, and acquire equipment, property, and facilities, subject to appropriation, for the purpose of removal, storage, and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts.
