§ 30.01 TOWN COUNCIL; PURCHASING AGENCY.
   (A)   The Town Council shall be deemed the purchasing agency for the town.
   (B)   The Town Council, as the designated purchasing agency, reserves the right to designate in writing a purchasing agent for purposes of performing those duties authorized under I.C. 5-22.
   (C)   The Town Council, as the designated purchasing agency, reserves the right to adopt rules pertaining to the purchase of supplies under $25,000.
   (D)   The Town Council, as the designated purchasing agency, reserves the sole right to purchase services pursuant to those terms it determines to be reasonable.
