(A) It shall hereafter be unlawful to operate or cause to be operated, upon any public street or alley within the Town of Chandler, Indiana, any motor vehicle or combination of motor vehicles in excess of 25 mph, except upon the public streets where other limits may be posted.
(B) The appropriate persons and departments in the Town of Chandler, Indiana, shall hereafter cause to be erected appropriate signs advising of the limits contained in Schedule III, numbers 4 and 5.
