There is hereby created, pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-5-5, a special taxing district encompassing all property within the territory of the Town of Chandler, Warrick County, Indiana, and to the extent permitted all property outside the limits of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Chandler, Warrick County, Indiana, over which the Department of Storm Water Management may exercise jurisdiction under applicable law and regulation including but not limited to 327 I.A.C. 15-13.
