(A) The Board, with approval of the Town Council, may enter into agreements with or direct the use of another entity, county or municipal agency, or agent for the purpose of accomplishing the requirements of and regulations under this subchapter so long as the Town of Chandler Engineer or Storm Water Department Manager maintains the administrative control, within the jurisdictional area of the Town of Chandler, of the plan review and approval process and construction site runoff control program established by this subchapter.
(B) The Board, with approval of the Town Council, may enter into a legally binding agreement with another MS4 entity by which agreement the Town of Chandler Engineer of Storm Water Department Manager performs services for, receives services from, or exchanges services with the other MS4 entity to the benefit of the parties to the agreement.
