§ 53.052 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL PERTINENT ORDINANCES.

(A) The project site owner must comply with all appropriate ordinances and regulations related to storm water discharges within the jurisdictional areas regulated under this subchapter.

(B) This subchapter is required by the MS4GP and shall be considered to have the same authority as the CSGP within the jurisdictional areas of the Town of Chandler, Indiana, regulated by this subchapter.
