The following fees shall apply to permits required hereunder:
(A) Minor project site. Single family residential project site on no greater than 1 acre: $25;
(B) Minor project site. Less than 1 acre and as a part of a larger common plan of development than 1 acre: $40;
(C) Major project site. Construction disturbance on land greater than 1 acre and a maximum of 5 acres: $100;
(D) Major project site. Construction disturbance on land greater than 5 acres and a maximum of 10 acres: $200;
(E) Major project site. Construction disturbance on land greater than 10 acres and a maximum of 25 acres: $350; and
(F) Major project site. Construction disturbance on land greater than 25 acres: $500.
