(A) The project site owner is not required to submit an NOI and construction plan for construction activities associated with a single-family residential dwelling disturbing less than 1 acre, when the dwelling is not part of a larger common plan of development or sale.
(B) For every project site comprising construction activities associated with a single-family residential dwelling disturbing less than 1 acre, when the dwelling is not part of a larger common plan of development or sale, the project site owner must initiate, manage, and complete or cause the initiation, management, and completion of construction activities at the project site in accordance, at a minimum, with the requirements of provisions in § 53.025(C)(1) through (C)(5), § 53.025(C)(10) through (C)(17), § 53.025(C)(19) and (C)(20) and with § 53.026 of this subchapter.
