(A) For any new construction activity that will result in land disturbance equal to or greater than 1 acre, the project site owner must send a notice through email to the Town of Chandler Engineer or Storm Water Department Manager and file online a NOI with IDEM through its Regulatory ePortal in accordance with this subchapter and the CSGP. The NOI submittal must comprise, and otherwise comply with the criteria set forth in § 5.0 of the CSGP.
(B) The complete NOI application must be submitted to the Commissioner of IDEM at least 48 hours prior to the initiation of land disturbing activities at the project site through IDEM’s Regulatory ePortal. A copy of the permit summary/notice of sufficiency letter also must be sent to the Town of Chandler Engineer or Storm Water Department Manager and posted at the project site entrance once it is received by the project site owner from IDEM via the Regulatory ePortal. The permit summary/notice of sufficiency letter must remain posted at the project site entrance until the conclusion of the project and a notice of termination has been accepted by IDEM. If the NOI is deficient, the project site owner must address the deficient items and submit an amended NOI to IDEM via its Regulatory ePortal.
