§ 33.05 CAPITAL ASSET POLICY ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The capital asset policy attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived is hereby adopted and retroactive to January 1, 2023.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to implement the capital asset policy described in division (A) above.
