§ 94.01 TRASH BURNING.
   (A)   No fires shall be set within the town for the burning of any materials unless:
      (1)   Said material shall be burnt in an approved fireproof receptacle container; or
      (2)   Said fire shall be supervised by any of the members of the Fire Department of the town.
   (B)   Any fire not burned in an authorized container must be attended by a person or supervised by a member of the Town Volunteer Fire Department.
