(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 93.47 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100. Each day that such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate violation for which the person shall be subject to a fine. The fine is to be paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
