§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Owners of animals impounded under §§ 91.01 to 91.05 or otherwise in violation thereof may be subject to a fine of between $1 and $100.
