(A) Council Seats 1, 2, and 3 of the Town Council shall be elected at large by the voters of the whole town during the 2020 election, to commence on January 1, 2021, and the term of said Council members shall be for four years.
(B) Council Seats 4 and 5 of the Town Council shall be elected at large by the voters of the whole town during the 2020 election, to commence on January 1, 2021, and the initial term of said Council seats shall be for three years. The term for said Council seats shall revert to four-year terms thereafter.
