§ 52.36 TRACKER ADJUSTMENT.

   (A)   The electric utility is incurring costs associated with providing electric service that are not covered by the current rate structure, and it being necessary to recoup said costs, the Town Council finds it necessary to adopt a rate tracker.

   (B)   (1)   The following rate tracker is established:

      (2)   Where:

         (a)   T = The tracker in dollars per kilowatt-hour (kWh). This tracker is applied on a per kWh basis to all metered sales of electricity;

         (b)   C = The cost of power (electricity) purchased by the town;

         (c)   n = Current period;

         (d)   r = Period of the town’s last retail electric rate change; and

         (e)   S = The total kWh sold to the town’s retail customers.
