The term "snowmobile or snow machine" shall mean every self-propelled device or machine which operates upon skids, skis, tracks, endless belts or any combination thereof, and in or upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon snow or snow covered surface areas, and expressly includes those devices commonly referred to as snowmobiles.
