1340.11 MAINTENANCE OF ROOFS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.

All roofs of every building shall be maintained weathertight and shall be equipped with gutters and downspouts connected to a public storm sewer if available, or as otherwise approved by the Building Inspector.
