A. The president shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued by him and shall supply the village clerk, village treasurer and police department a copy of the same. Upon issuance or revocation of a license, the president shall give written notice to these same officers within forty eight (48) hours 1 . (Ord. 442, 6-2-1999)
B. It shall be the duty of every retail licensee to make books and records available upon reasonable notice for the purpose of investigation and control by the president. Such books and records need not be maintained on the licensed premises, but must be maintained in the state of Illinois, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-10.
