4-2-14: CHANGE IN MANAGERS 1 :
With respect to any licensee operating an establishment for which a liquor license has been issued, in the event the manager of said establishment is different from the licensee/applicant who applied for the license, then should the manager of said establishment change after the issuance of said liquor license, the licensee must submit the new manager's name to the president within thirty (30) days. Continuation of the license will be contingent upon a background check of the new manager, and all fees shall be waived should the license be changed only as a result of a change of managers. If, for some reason, the manager is not acceptable, the licensee shall have thirty (30) days from the disapproval of the replacement manager to submit a new name before revocation. Failure to provide new information or to obtain a new manager acceptable to the president within ninety (90) days after the initial change of manager shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of said license. (Ord. 442, 6-2-1999; amd. 2012 Code)
