3-1-2: ORGANIZATION OF VILLAGE FINANCES:

The village monies shall be received and kept by the treasurer in such funds as are from time to time required by law or by the village board. The American Bank Of Cerro Gordo shall be depository in which the funds and monies of the village shall be deposited. (1995 Code § 2.101; amd. 2012 Code)
