1-10-5: VIOLATION:

Any employee violating this chapter may be subject to discipline, up to and including dismissal. Any person making a knowingly false accusation regarding harassment shall be subject to discipline, up to and including dismissal from employment. (Ord. 634-2018, 1-15-2018)
