1-10-4: PROHIBITION AGAINST RETALIATION:
Retaliation against any person who, in good faith, brings forth a bona fide complaint of sexual harassment or who provides information about sexual harassment is prohibited pursuant to the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act 1 , the Whistleblower Protection Act 2 , and the Illinois Human Rights Act 3 .
