1-10-1: PROHIBITION:

Sexual harassment is hereby prohibited. The Village of Cerro Gordo shall provide a workplace environment free of unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct, or communications constituting harassment on the basis of sex as defined by State and Federal law.
