Expenses for travel, meals, and lodging of: a) any officer or employee that exceeds the maximum allowed under the regulations adopted under section 1-9-2 of this chapter or b) any member of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cerro Gordo may only be approved by roll call vote at an open meeting of the Board of Trustees of Cerro Gordo. However, in the event of an emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, the Board of Trustees may approve more than the maximum allowable expenses set forth above.
