12-3-3: LOTS:
   A.   Every lot shall be designed to meet the minimum lot area and size requirements of the applicable zoning district.
   B.   Corner lots shall have a width sufficient to permit the establishment of front yards along all adjacent or abutting streets in accordance with the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance.
   C.   All lots shall have a front street. (Ord. 566-2012, 3-19-2012)
