12-2-2: FEES:
A filing and engineering review fee shall be paid to the village treasurer at the time a subdivision or a preliminary plat is filed with the village clerk. The fee schedule shall be as follows:
 
Subdivision of 5 lots or less
$400.00
Subdivisions of more than 5 lots
750.00
