12-1-7: PENALTY:

Whoever sells, leases, or offers to sell or lease, or otherwise conveys any lot, tract, or property which does not conform to the requirements and regulations of this title shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each lot or tract so sold, leased, or offered for sale or lease, or otherwise conveyed.
