10-6-4: LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   License Required: No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain, conduct or operate a mobile home park within the corporate limits of the village without first obtaining a license therefor issued by the village clerk. (1995 Code § 4.604)
   B.   Application For License: Application for an original license shall be made to the village clerk and shall consist of the following:
      1.   The name and address of the applicant or applicants; and the names and addresses of all partners, if the applicant is a partnership; and the names and addresses of all officers and directors, if the applicant is a corporation.
      2.   The legal description and common address of any of the tract of land upon which it is proposed to operate and maintain a mobile home park.
      3.   As built plans of the proposed mobile home park in conformance with the requirements of section 10-6-7 of this chapter as certified by a registered professional engineer, together with copies of the site plan submitted in conformance with the provision of subsection 10-6-6C of this chapter for those portions of said park, if any, remaining unimproved or uncompleted at the time of application.
      4.   The annual license fee required by subsection E of this section.
      5.   An affidavit of the applicant or applicants, as the case may be, as to the truth of the matters contained in the application. (1995 Code § 4.606)
   C.   Expiration Of License: Mobile home park licenses issued under the provisions hereof shall expire on April 30 of the year for which the same are issued. (1995 Code § 4.605)
   D.   Renewal Or Transfer Of License: Application for a renewal or a transfer of a license shall be made to the village clerk and shall consist of that which is required under subsections B1, B2, B4 and B5 of this section, together with a certification by the village building inspector that said mobile home park is in conformance with the provisions of subsection 10-6-7 of this chapter; provided, that an application for a transfer of a license shall be accompanied by the license transfer fee required by subsection E of this section and not the annual license fee.    E.   License Fees: The annual fee for a mobile home park license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). The license transfer fee for a mobile home park license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (1995 Code § 4.608; amd. 2012 Code)
   F.   Revocation Or Suspension Of License: The village president may suspend or revoke a mobile home park license for failure to comply with the rules and regulations established herein or published or promulgated pursuant to the authority granted herein or any other applicable codes or ordinances of the village. Such suspension or revocation may take place only after the licensee has been given written notice warning of possible suspension or revocation and a hearing, if requested by the licensee, before the village president. Such request for a hearing must be made within five (5) days of receipt of such written notice. (1995 Code § 4.609)
