All that part of the village included within the following boundaries: beginning at the intersection of the center line of Jefferson Street and the center line of Wait Street in said village and running thence North on the center line of said Jefferson Street, to the intersection thereof with the center line of North Street; thence East on the center line of said North Street to the intersection thereof with the center line of Monroe Street; thence South on the center line of said Monroe Street to the intersection thereof with the center line of Wait Street; thence West, on said center line of Wait Street, to the place of beginning, is hereby fixed, designated and established as the fire limits of the village.
