10-2-8: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

All plats, plans, maps, surveys, certificates, owner's declarations, engineering specifications and restrictive covenants to be filed for action of the village board shall be prepared in accordance with the regulations contained in this chapter. (1995 Code § 4.511)
