10-1-1: COMPLIANCE WITH VILLAGE REGULATIONS:

The construction and/or development of any structure, mobile home park, public improvement, fencing or subdivision will comply with provisions of this title, the village zoning ordinance, the village subdivision ordinance, and other applicable village ordinances and policies. (1995 Code § 4.101)
