1-6-4: CORPORATE SEAL:

The corporate seal of the village shall be the seal heretofore used for the village, a disk within a circle formed by the words "Village of Cerro Gordo, Cerro Gordo, Illinois". The clerk shall be the custodian of the village seal and shall affix its impression on documents whenever this is required. (1995 Code § 1.304)
