Permits for placement of personal wireless telecommunication facilities in right-of-way within the Village are required. Except as otherwise provided for by this chapter, the procedures for the application for, approval of, and revocation of such a permit must be in compliance with Village permit application requirements in chapter 2 of this title. Any applications must demonstrate compliance with the requirements of this chapter. Permit and applications fees for an application to collocate a single small wireless facility on an existing utility pole or wireless support structure shall be six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00). However, permit and application fees for each small wireless facility addressed in a consolidated application to collocate more than one small wireless facility on existing utility poles or wireless support structures shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per small wireless facility. Unless otherwise provided by franchise, license, or similar agreement, or Federal, State or local law, all applications for permits pursuant to this section must be accompanied by a fee in the amount of no less than six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00).
