8-7-5: VIOLATIONS:

Each day that a company has fiber optic facilities located in a Village right-of-way in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute an additional offense. In addition to any legal or equitable remedies available to the Village of Cerro Gordo, any person, firm, corporation, or company who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense.
