8-7-3: PERMIT:

A permit for work in any right-of-way shall be obtained before any work is commenced and the conditions of the permit shall be upheld. The Village permit fee shall be waived. The company shall provide any necessary or required traffic control at its own expense. (Ord. 624-2017, 5-15-2017)
