Any company seeking to install and/or maintain fiber optic facilities and related equipment in the Village of Cerro Gordo rights-of-way shall request an application from the Village President for a Right-Of-Way Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to installation of said fiber optic cable and related equipment. Said request shall include plans and specifications for the installation in the Village, which shall be subject to the approval of the Village.
