COMPANY: Shall mean, for purposes of this chapter, any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, limited partnership, sole proprietorship, or any other business organization, that may locate, install or maintain fiber optic cable facilities within the Village rights-of-way.
FIBER OPTIC FACILITIES: Means underground fiber optic conduit, ducts, cable lines, wires, or related facilities.
RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT: Shall mean a fully executed and notarized authorization, license, contract, permit or easement issued or made pursuant to this chapter by and between the Village and company in form and substance agreeable to the Village, wherein the Village grants certain non-exclusive revocable rights to use and occupy its streets and rights-of-way and wherein company accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and provisions of this chapter.
