8-2-8: SNOW, DIRT AND WEEDS ON SIDEWALKS:
No person or entity shall suffer or permit the sidewalk in front of or adjoining the premises owned or occupied by him and under his control to be encumbered or obstructed by snow, dirt, weeds, or other obstruction. (1995 Code § 5.117)
