8-2-2: PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to construct or lay any pavement on any public street, sidewalk, alley or other public way without having first secured permission from the village board and complying with requirements of chapter 1 of this title. (1995 Code § 5.102)
