   A.   The order of business of the village board of trustees shall be as follows:

      1.   Call meeting to order.

      2.   Public participation.

      3.   Consent agenda.

         a.   Approval of minutes.

         b.   Approval of financial and claims reports.

         c.   Officer and department head reports.

      4.   Old business.

      5.   New business.

      6.   Trustee reports.

      7.   Other business.
