Any person who does not remove said automobile, other vehicle or stationary object from village property or upon any highways or roads within the village limits after said thirty (30) days and after said five (5) days' notice shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day after said thirty (30) days and said five (5) days' notice that said vehicle remains on village property or upon the roads and highways within the village limits of the village shall be considered a separate offense.
