A. If any person or entity shall leave any automobile, other vehicle or stationary object on any village property or any street within the village limits for more than thirty (30) days, a five (5) day notice shall be sent by the village clerk by United States postage, first class mail, to the owner of said automobile, other vehicle, or stationary object, directing the removal of same within five (5) days from the mailing of said notice. B. In the event that the village clerk does not of his own knowledge know who is the owner of said automobile, other vehicle, or stationary object, said notice shall be deemed sufficient if attached to said automobile, other vehicle, or stationary object. (1995 Code § 8.206)
