GOLF CART: A vehicle originally designed for operation on a golf course. A golf cart shall not be capable of speeds exceeding twenty (20) miles per hour. The definition of golf cart specifically excludes all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) or any vehicle that is not a golf cart.
UTV: Any recreational motor vehicle other than an ATV, motorcycle, or snowmobile, designed for and capable of travel over designated unpaved roads, traveling on four (4) or more low pressure tires of twenty (20) psi or less, maximum width less than seventy four inches (74"), maximum weight less than three thousand (3,000) pounds, or having a wheel base of ninety four inches (94") or less. UTV does not include golf carts, vehicles specifically designed to carry a disabled person or implements of husbandry.
VILLAGE STREETS: Any of the streets within the boundaries of the Village of Cerro Gordo except for State and County roads. (Ord. 621-2017, 3-20-2017)
