A. One-Way Traffic: Premises located north of South Street and south of the railroad tracks betwee n Jackson Street and Monroe Street, usually known as "The Commons", shall be a one-way street with traffic running west only.
B. Stop Areas: A stop sign shall be erected at the west end of said premises.
C. Parking Regulations:
1. Parking on said premises shall be diagonal only, facing south on South Street as designated by painted lines.
2. No parking shall be allowed on said premises other than diagonal parking. (1995 Code § 8.208)
D. Penalty: Any person who violates provisions of this section shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1995 Code § 8.208; amd. 2012 Code)
