7-1-4: YIELD RIGHT OF WAY STREETS:

The following streets and any other street designated by ordinance as a yield right of way street and so posted are hereby declared to be yield right of way streets:

   Entering Bell Street from Carter Street.

   Entering Bell Street from Crea Street.

   Entering Franklin Street from Washington Street from the north.

   Entering Hunt Street from Adams Street.

   Entering Madison Street from Franklin Street from the west.
