A. Running At Large Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any domestic animal or fowl, of the species of horse, cattle, mule, geese, or chicken, to run or go at large at any time within the village, and any person being the owner or keeper of such animals or fowl who shall knowingly permit the same to run at large in violation of this subsection shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 6-4-9 of this chapter, together with such charges as may be provided by ordinance. B. Impoundment: It shall be the duty of the village police officers to see that all animals or fowl which are unlawfully at large are impounded in the manner provided by ordinance. (1995 Code § 10.105)
