6-4-1: CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED:

No person, firm or corporation shall keep any cattle, sheep, swine, or goats at any place upon any premises within the village except temporarily in stockyards for sale or shipment and except temporarily in packing plants for slaughter, unless otherwise authorized in subsection 6-4-2B of this chapter.
