In addition to said cutting expense, any person or entity who has allowed said nuisance to continue after being notified by the village clerk shall be in violation of this chapter and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) or more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a first offense and not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for all subsequent offenses.
